    We understand plans can change. Just let us know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, and we'll be happy to reschedule or cancel without any charges. If you want to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour notice timeframe then you may incur a $50-80 fee as to our discretion.
  • Are you available for special events or one-time cleanings?
    Absolutely! We offer one-time cleanings and even services for special occasions like parties, events, or post-construction cleanups. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
  • How do I schedule a cleaning service?
    Scheduling is easy! You can book our services through our website, call us directly, or send us an email. We'll promptly confirm your appointment.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
    We bring our own high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific preferences, feel free to let us know.
  • Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
    Yes, all our products used are eco-friendly unless a stronger non-eco-friendly product is needed. Just let us know your preference, and we'll accommodate it.
  • Is there a minimum commitment for regular cleaning?
    We offer flexible cleaning schedules. Whether you need us weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, we'll work with your preferences. All we ask is that you will need to sign a no-lock in contract before the second regular clean that states what cleaning you are asking for and that if you need to reschedule or cancel the services you will do so at least 48 hours before your next scheduled clean. It will also state that all your payments will be paid within the 10 day period after you have been sent your invoice or you may incur additional overdue fees and/or suspension of our services.
  • What types of cleaning services do you offer?

  • Do I need to be present during the clean?
    It's not necessary for you to be present, but you're welcome to be there if you prefer. Many clients provide access and go about their day while we clean. As long as our cleaners have access to the property and space needing to be cleaned the service will be provided for the booked time and if needed locked up after completion. This will be discussed with you during the quoting process.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service most suburbs of the Perth metropolitan area and are based SOR. The distance of a cleaning service may affect the pricing of your quote so please keep that in mind when making a booking with us.
  • How long will the cleaning service take?
    The duration depends on the size and condition of your space. We can provide an estimated time frame based on your specific requirements.
  • Do you offer satisfaction guarantees?
    Absolutely! We strive for customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll address it promptly.
  • Are there any restrictions on the types of spaces you clean?

  • Can I request the same cleaner for each visit?
    Yes, we can arrange for the same cleaner if their schedule aligns with your preferred cleaning times. If you are not happy with the cleaning provided from the cleaner, please contact us and we will arrange a new cleaner to be brought out to provide the services for you. With SparkJoy we try to arrange the right cleaner to the client so that you have the best personalised experience with us.

We rely on a per square metre rate but to provide you with a more accurate estimate, we typically offer customized quotes after conducting a thorough assessment of your specific needs.
